What does having an empowering event like this mean to you personally?
Tracey: I’m excited! I feel strong and passionate about this movement. I was pregnant with this vision for 3 years before I decided to launch the actual event. Our very first Womanifest Conference was a success and this gave confirmation that this was what I was supposed to do. God has given everyone a vision, and from vision comes purpose, and women are leading in this entrepreneurial space and I’m happy to encourage, inspire, educate, enrich, impart and share strategies that will help women develop and continue to become and experience financial literacy, business success, and more.
What is the journey like behind the scenes to pull the event off?
Tracey: Let’s be clear. It’s a lot of work. Many people will ride with you during the excitement but when it’s work that has to be done many don’t have the same commitment. That’s why it’s so important that I stay committed. I’ve learned not to chase but to replace.
Are you currently seeking any assistance of any sort with the conference? If so, what kind?
Tracey: Yes! We are looking for an event coordinator that can assist with these final touches. We also need someone that can coordinate our Zoom platform for our Womanifest virtual attendees and participants.
What else would you like our readers to know?
Tracey: This is not just an event. Womanifest is a movement! When God gives you the vision to go out and BE or to do it’s not a conference call. It’s a memo. Your vision is between you and the MOST HIGH. People will try to talk you out of your vision. It’s unfortunate but it’s usually the people that are closest to you because that’s who we feel comfortable sharing our secrets, and your desires with. That’s why I have created Womanifest Your Vision Empowerment Conference. All of our phenomenal speakers have a story to share about how they have triumphed, and experienced adversity while still remaining vigilant with their vision and steadfast in their purpose. It is the power and execution of vision that changes things.
