Ashley: The business has seen explosive growth over the last three years due to the shift from brick and mortar to online buying during the pandemic as well as our recent appearance on ABC’s Shark Tank. My team and I have styled thousands of bridesmaids and we’re just getting started. Our innovative digital model has developed innovative resources like first-to-market virtual consultations and a thriving social media community.

Ashley: The brand’s technology and community-focused approach, has allowed us to re-create the in-person shopping experience through virtual consultations, virtual events, and a social media community of over 85K brides and bridesmaids of color.
How do you define success as an entrepreneur?
Ashley: Building a trusted brand, creating community, and achieving our mission of inclusivity and innovation within the very vanilla, traditional bridal industry.

Ashley: Our investor, industry peers, and other entrepreneurs.
Who is your biggest inspiration as an entrepreneur?
Ashley: I have so many! But I would say Emma Grede our lead investor and Oprah are in my top 5 and they’re not #5!
